When we duplicated the BakeNShark sandwich served at Richard’s in Maracas Beach in Trinidad we had no idea it would climb the northern Colorado food charts so quickly. We probably should have know since Andrew Zimmern, Travel Channel, rated this particular sandwich the #1 sandwich he had EVER eaten ANYWHERE in his life! We always serve fresh shark, either Black Tip or Mayco, that has been marinated in Angela's special sauce. Angela fries up the shark and stuffs it into her famous fried bake bread along with her zesty Chow Slaw and sweet Island Cocktail Sauce. We suggest you add Tamarind Chutney to the sauce mix and if you like it hot a little "Stupid" Hot Sauce. The fresh bread and numerous sauces are the keys to this sandwich. This sandwich rocks and is the "bomb" as the kids like to say! Only $7.95 and served with a side of fresh daily made Grandma’s Homemade Potato Salad. Wash it down with some Hand Squeezed Island Lemonade or Island Sweet Tea of which we make both fresh daily.

Our store hours are now Monday-Friday from 11am-7pm with an early closing on Wednesday of 3pm.
