Linen and equipment rental are available; Likewise floral, cake, bar and other services can be provided. Prices can be quoted upon request.

Please see our guidelines to assist with the planning of your party. Most items on our catering menu can be picked up from our store in Fort Collins, Colorado or with prior notice, can be delivered anywhere in the Northern Colorado area for a nominal fee.

Indian and Creole cuisines are know for their specific spices, fresh vegetables, fruits, sauces and meats. We ship a high percentage of our ingredients directly from Trinidad so we can give you the most authentic meals possible. The balance of the ingredients we use are Colorado products. You are getting fresh vegetables, spices and fruits. Keeping our food authentic gives you, the customer, the opportunity to enjoy the true taste of Trinidad and Tobago.
