Imagine having friends in town and taking them to a gas station to eat their first meal in Fort Collins. It is happening right now. Caribbean Food Shack diners ARE bringing their guests to Campus West Shell so they can experience authentic fresh Trinidad and Tobago cuisine. We are truly taking gas station food to a higher level.

Over the past few weeks we have introduced Angela's Jamaican Jerk Sauce by serving Jerk Pork Chop Sandwiches, Jerk Pork Chop Plate, Jerk Chicken Plate, Jerk Chicken Cutlet Sandwich and Whole Jerk Chickens to go. Each is served with Grandma's Potato Salad which has a tasty mixture of vegetables with the salad. In the next few weeks we will introduce a high quality Jerk Shrimp dish. Additionally, Angela's Jamaican Jerk Sauce can be purchased at Caribbean Food Shack so you can use it yourself to spruce up your own barbeque.

We have introduced a number of specials with "All-U-Can-Eat" Spaghetti Sunday heading the list. Every Sunday we will offer Caribbean Style Spaghetti with meat or vegetarian sauce. This is NOT your typical spaghetti sauce out of a jar. Angela throws in her special island spices and simmers the sauce till it has a little island "kick". This Caribbean Flare makes this sauce "one of a kind". Our meat sauce is thick with ground beef while our vegetarian sauce has the same taste and kick without the beef. We serve this "All-U-Can-Eat" feast all day every Sunday from 11am-7pm. Both of those are served in our take out containers that are stuffed with Caribbean Spaghetti comparable to two servings inside the "Shack". This is going to be big!

In 2008 we will be sampling and offering Sautéed Pumpkin, Pumpkin Soup, Fire Roasted Tomato Choka (Heat levels: Island Mild, Sabita Spicy, T&T Dynamite and Death by Choka), "Stupid" Hot Sauce, Tamarind Chutney, Trinidad Cocktail Sauce and Angela's Jerk Sauce.
